The spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19) is a significant public health concern and has affected the daily operation of the court system.
In response to COVID-19, most Georgia courts have limited in-person services and are relying on virtual hearings. Although most Georgia courthouses are open, members of the public should not visit a courthouse unless they have been notified by the court that they have an in-person hearing or they have scheduled an appointment to enter the building for services.
Given the fluid nature of the COVID-19 crisis, your attorney and our staff will maintain frequent contact with you to convey the most up to date information regarding how current COVID-19 protocol may affect your case or legal problem.
